ISO 9001: 2015 certified. Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection, torque testing, and drop testing. Full QC reports and CoAs available for every order.

Brief & 3D Design

Share your concept, reference, or spec sheet. Our engineers generate a 3D model within 3 days.

CAE Flow Simulation

Before cutting steel, we run mold-flow analysis to eliminate weld lines and optimize gate placement.

Steel Mold Machining

High-speed CNC machining on P20/H13 steel. Cavity tolerance within ±0.01mm.

T1 Sample & Approval

Physical samples shipped within 15 days of brief. You own the mold after payment.
