Choose a liner around your formula, bottle neck and filling process, not the cap alone.

Recommended for most orders

Start with PE; add foil when leakage or freshness matters

Nozzle caps are usually quoted with a PE liner. For thin liquids, scented formulas, oils or e-commerce shipping, add an induction foil seal for stronger leak control and tamper evidence.

Common order setups

PE Liner

Good everyday compression seal for compatible bottles and formulas.

PE liner + foil seal

Better for liquids, freshness protection and cartons that may ship on their side.
