Q1: What's the minimum order quantity?
For standard catalog caps: 30,000 pcs. For custom molds: MOQ is 50,000-100,000 pcs but we’re flexible on first orders. Let’s talk.
Q2: How long does a custom mold take?
15–20 days from approved CAD to first sample in your hands. All molds are built in-house — we don’t outsource tooling.
Q3: Can you match our brand color (Pantone)?
Yes! we match to Pantone Solid Coated. Provide your reference and we’ll send color-matched samples before production.
Q4: Do you offer PCR / recycled content options?
Yes! 30–80% PCR content available on most PP cap lines. RCS chain-of-custody certification available for brand sustainability reporting.
