Nozzle Cap
HB Packaging manufactures plastic nozzle caps for controlled dispensing applications across personal care, household, cleaning, food and specialty packaging. Our nozzle cap options can support targeted flow, directional dispensing and custom color requirements. Send us your bottle neck specification, formula type or sample to confirm suitable nozzle closure options.
Why HB Packaging

Buyer Guide
How to Choose the Right Nozzle Cap
The fastest way to avoid compatibility issues is to confirm the bottle neck first, then evaluate dispensing and aesthetic requirements.
01
Confirm diameter
Start with the bottle opening diameter: 18, 20, 24 or 28 mm.
02
Confirm thread finish
24 mm alone is not enough, check whether the bottle is 24/410, 24/415, etc.
03
Match formula
Consider viscosity, desired flow and dispensing experience for the end user.
04
Test samples
Validate fit, leak performance and user experience with your actual bottle and formula.
Questions Before You Source
Nozzle caps are used when the product needs more controlled or directional dispensing than a standard screw cap or flip top cap.
Typical applications include cleaning liquids, sauces, oils, adhesives, personal care products and other formulas that require targeted flow control.
HB offers nozzle caps in selected common neck sizes and closure structures, depending on the product series.
Because nozzle caps are more function-driven, the correct option depends not only on neck size, but also on product viscosity, dispensing direction and application requirements.
Depending on the design and project requirements, HB can evaluate nozzle structure, opening size, material, cap color and mold development options.
For custom dispensing performance, it is best to provide the formula type, viscosity, bottle drawing and target user experience.
The bottle neck diameter and thread finish must match the cap structure. The sealing surface and product flow path should also be reviewed.
HB can help check the bottle drawing or physical sample and provide cap samples for fit, leakage and dispensing tests.
Some nozzle cap designs may be suitable for selected food-related applications, depending on material, formula contact, regulatory requirements and project specifications.
For food applications, please share your product type, market, packaging structure and compliance requirements so HB can review suitable options.
Please share your bottle neck size and thread finish, target application, product formula or viscosity, preferred cap style, color or finish requirements, and expected order volume if available.
If you already have a bottle drawing, closure specification, or physical bottle sample, send that as well. The more complete the information, the easier it is for us to recommend suitable existing closures and avoid unnecessary sampling rounds.
Yes. We support custom color matching, including Pantone-based color development, as well as different surface appearances depending on the closure design, such as glossy, matte, bi-color, or selected decorative finishes.
Final color and appearance should be confirmed through an approved sample before mass production, since resin, surface texture, and lighting can affect the perceived color.
Yes. If an existing HB closure does not meet your bottle, functional, or branding requirements, we can evaluate a custom mold development project.
Our team can support the process from closure concept and structural review through mold development, sampling, fit validation, and preparation for mass production.
For the initial review, it is helpful to provide your bottle drawing, target dimensions, application, formula, expected annual volume, and any functional requirements.
