24/410 double-wall disc-top cap for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and liquid skincare. Press one side of the disc to expose the dispensing opening. The wider outer shell creates a balanced, premium proportion with straight-sided, cylindrical, broad-shouldered, or short-and-wide bottles while retaining a standard neck finish. Not generally recommended for thick creams; confirm formula, sealing, and bottle fit through sampling.

Choose the right liner for disc top caps

A good liner choice starts with your formula, bottle neck, filling process and how the product will ship, not the cap alone.

Often no liner; add foil for water-based formulas

Disc top caps can be sourced with or without a liner. If the product is water-based or likely to travel under pressure changes, specify an induction foil seal and run leak testing before bulk order.

Best when the cap, bottle finish and formula pass leak testing.

Useful for watery formulas, freshness and extra shipping confidence.
